If i could give it no stars wouldve never been to a lot that requires typed up documents guy in the front needs his attitude adjusted no wonder this place has a low star rating 0/0 on customer service
If I could give this place zero stars, I would without hesitation. They illegally towed my car from our apartment despite it having completely active registration. The place advertises on their signage 24/7 pickup for vehicles, but that is a complete lie. The tow truck drivers couldn't be bothered to help and were actively laughing at us as we tried to get our car back at 1am. These people towed my car within an hour of parking it, in the complex I live. I was gonna register the car our parking app, went outside and it was gone. The person I spoke to was super rude and stated that the only had a specific hour, at 9:30pm, for me to pick up my car even though the business is supposed to me 24/7. That’s how predatory towing works. Oh and I had to call about six times before my calls was actually answered.
Rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional staff. They towed my car and spoke to me like garbage. They charge a ridiculous $350–$400 per car. This is a disgusting, dirty and immoral business run by greedy lowlifes. I hope karma hits these guys hard for the way they treat people!
