The public needs to be made aware of the awful conditions that this facility has been allowed to get away with, for years, from the state and county agencies that are "suppose" to protect the senior population, MANY complaints have been filed against Spring Arbor Kinston! Spring Arbor of Kinston was so helpful in the process of working with my dad. They were patient and friendly during his stay. I would recommend them for assisted living.
Antoinette in payroll very unprofessional and disrespectful. Hanging up refusing to address a question is totally out of your job description. I will make sure corporate reprimand her for her actions. She is a disgrace to the company face her actions are of complete disrespect and ignorance. What you do to others will come back to you.
They have had a lot of change over, but the consistent staff is very friendly and accommodating and the facility is maintained. I think that piece could be better but I don’t think they are adequately staffed. Wish they had cameras in public areas.
