My mother and her husband moved from their home in Florida to Spring Arbor a bit over a year ago. From the on-set, the staff was friendly, transparent and communicated well. Even in the family's toughest time they were wonderful and very accommodating. Can't say enough about the facility and their staff.
Spring Arbor of Frederick has been caring for my parents in the Assisted Living for over 2 years. In that time I’ve seen wonderful caregiving, staff, and leadership and witnessed the friendly, healthy environment every day. The nursing caregivers and medical assistants truly care as if these were their own parents. Mom, now that Dad passed, is living alone but never alone as the staff care and assure she is continually involved and happy. It’s a beautiful clean facility. The engagement the staff gives to my dad is the best! Kathy and Tori always find a way. I’ve never seen my dad do any crafty things and he loves it. Always making gifts for all of us. Everyone at the front desk always bends over backwards to answer all my questions and if they don’t know, they find out and gets back to me. I applaud all staff when having to deal with his colostomy when things go wrong. They deal with it so much better than I could ever. My family and I needed to make a decision as my mother in law has been declining somewhat rapidly recently. We decided to check out Spring Arbor and I was very surprised with how nice the facility was. They gave us a tour which included being able to see the food options. There were many events scheduled for the residents and I got the impression that the residents were very well taken of. The price also seemed fitting given inflation and market changes.
