Great assisted living for seniors!
I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mother received at Spring Arbor of Apex. Staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. The Director is on site, has an open door policy and seems invested in every residents well being. Even though my mother was unable to participate in many activities due to some medical and cognitive issues, the staff made sure she felt included and engaged and she was always treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. I was a nursing student here and it was absolutely horrible. The nurse aides laughed at the residents and said “that’s not my job” at simple back rubs. I would never send anyone here. I was shocked. Us students ended up helping out the residents more than the ones actually paid to take care of them.(besides Kim. She was amazing)
I am grateful to all the staff for caring for my mom after 2 strokes that made her go from being independent to needing assisted living and changed her personality. The staff truly does care. They are patient and kind. There’s been a few minor bumps in the road but I have been impressed how the director takes time to problem solve quickly and easily. She is responsive and caring as well.
