My father is currently a resident at Spring Arbor of Apex and I have been really happy with the facility and its staff so far. Staff are so kind and warm and welcomed my Dad as soon as he moved in.
My father is a current resident. This is his 2nd assisted living home. They people do a good job of taking care of him. Communication is way better than with last place to.
I’ve observed how hard the employees work to make sure residents are cared for and looked after. My mom has had a great experience in the 3 years she’s lived at Spring Arbor
I called here on 12/2/25 at around 8:30am and the woman who answered the phone was so cut, dry, short, rude, and unwelcoming. I WOULD NEVER SEND A FAMILY MEMBER HERE WITH THAT RECEPTION.
