I have had a relative in the Memory Care Unit for 4 months. I am so dissapointed with the staff and administration. I had a serious complaint that I shared with the administration about. This women shared it with everyone. I had some backlash from one of the aides in the Memory Care Unit. The aide said word for word what I had said to the administration.
