Recently had a close family member in the memory care wing. 10 stars out of 5. Super friendly, caring, and loving nursing care! They took excellent care and had him up and going in record time. We wouldn't have seen this fast of a turn around without an awesome nursing staff and the the care he recieved. I can't thank y'all enough. Words won't do justice for how excellent this facility is. I wanted to help an elderly couple in their 80s who had mobility issues and had been driving around Bluffton trying to find out what rehabilitation center a loved one was in. I called Sprenger around 2 pm on 6/21 inquiring if someone was at this facility. I dialed zero for operator and whoever the gentleman is who answered the phone was obviously having a bad day. Limited skill development opportunities
I am a veteran volunteer with MiraSol Health Hospice Care in Bluffton, SC. Sprenger staff, who care very much for veterans, have partnered with us in a unique program. The last Thursday of each month we get together with their veterans, veteran groups and the local American Legion post for "Coffee with Comrads". All veterans at the facility gather together to experience a sharing time and a renewed feeling of belonging. Thank you Sprenger Health Care for allowing this partnership in your facility.
