Not a fan of the new Bob Spreen. Brought my Crosstrek in for it's 60,000 mile service. Service rep Pedro was very vague & didn't explain anything. The checklist wasn't included in my paperwork. I wasn't given/offered a carwash. I had coupons which he said he would "look into", but didn't mention it when we picked up the car, so I brought it up. Just had my car serviced yesterday. Pedro, earned the likes and respect of that of my very nitpicky wife. Very hard to accomplish! Thank you guys for the great & timely service! We will be back for future! Thank you for NOT upselling and or doing services that DONT need it yet. I’m a mechanic by hobby and appreciate it when dealerships don’t charge an obscene amount of money for services. Cheers!
had an appt at 11 am. for an oil change. i arrived at 10:45 am. I was told it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes at most. my car was just sitting there for for 2 hours before it was even looked at. i ended up waiting for 2 hours and 20 minutes for a simple oil change
Extremely friendly service. The express service is just that!. Another visit and everything is still excellent. The coffee is good too
This place is a disservice and discouragement from wanting to own another Subaru. Just had my vehicle serviced and had it returned to me with door being damage and scratched.
