I have been a patient for 12 years. She has helped me with food intolerance, adrenal fatigue and over all wellness. She found my husband's cancer, saving his life. Dr. Sprecher is the best. As a patient, you have to be committed to the work of being well. It isn't easy but Dr. Sprecher will help you the whole way with expertise and compassion.
I don't think you can find a more caring and committed doctor. You also feel you are part of the process of finding what your issues are (not just being talked down to). She is more oriented to what will make and keep you well as opposed to treating symptoms (functional vs. traditional medicine).
10 years ago, thought I had some life-threatening disease; I felt terrible and looked 8 months pregnant, I was so bloated. Dr. Sprecher took the fear and worry away and ran a bunch of tests and found I was borderline celiac, allergic to gluten and a few other things. What a relief! At this time the gluten issue was not at the forefront as we know it to be today so I am grateful she had the knowledge to test for it. It's expensive and a hassle to deal with filing insurance on my own but worth it.
I have greatly improved on 4 out of 5 autoimmune diseases in only a few months of treatment.
