Do not bother coming here on the weekends unless you’re willing to wait an hour and a half for your food. I ordered 2 plain bagels with cream cheese online & was told it would take 40 minutes, when I show up on time I wait another 20 minutes before asking for an update & was told it would be at least another 15 minutes. For 2 plain bagels that is absolutely ridiculous. I asked to cancel my order & was told they cannot cancel it in the store, & I would have to cancel it online myself. One of the best bagels of my life! Honestly. Oven baked for an outer crunch but inner is nice and just the right amount of chew. One caution is the bagels are fresh and warm so it gets a little messy (I got rosemary olive oil bagel with veggie cream cheese) eating but it's ABSOLUTELY worth it. The staff I encountered were incredibly polite and helpful! Definite return.
I am a bagel lover through and through, and was stoked to see that Savannah had a Montreal style bagel shop when I was there visiting last summer. The bagels were delicious, there was a great variety, friendly customer service and a lovely ambiance.
