Stop reading this now and get over to SPREAD. I have never seen a bakery with ‘wood-fired’ bagels. SPEAD is over the top perfection when it comes to their bagels! Crispy outside, doughy inside, their cream cheese spreads are amazing….their vegan cream cheese spread - OMG - you can’t even tell it’s vegan. Sheer Perfection! Best. Bagels. Ever.
Really interesting concept. The bagels were crispy and fresh. I’ve never had this wood fired style before.
