The guy Mario is the slowest guy in the kitchen, I waited literally a hour for a cream cheese bagel with bacon. The Guy Steve at the front is the best and is keeping that store alive.
Preordered a breakfast sandwich and was told it would be ready at 10:47 and it is now 11:15 and still have not gotten my order
So I read all these reviews and thought “no way can the service be that — or at least they will have addressed it by now” so I went to check it out. The place is lovely. Nice vibe inside. And the staff are totally friendly. I ordered a poppyseed bagel toasted with cream cheese and they were very happy to prepare and deliver to my table a nice plain bagel with cream cheese 🤣. Not impressed with cashier,chomping gum,no "hello",no "thank you",needs customer service training! Warm,no a.c.!
