I usually place my order on line for pick up. Always fast and friendly!
The Receiptionist was extremely rude and argumentative when I called to tell them they did not include the sausage I paid extra for. When I arrived to have them make new sandwiches, the entire staff came up and tried to argue with me. Customer service is very simple…”I’m sorry for what happened, how may I make it right for you?” The manager did intervene and pulled his staff back from engaging with me in a combative way. No need to return. Lots of bagel shop options in the area.
