If you want overpriced, sloppy bagels with a side of attitude- this is your place! If that’s not your idea of a good time, find a better spot deserving of your time and money.
This is for both of the girls that make it obvious they hate working there, if you hate your job to the point you get pleasure from making a customers experience miserable you shouldn’t work there anymore. The food is always great but the attitude problem is blatant and I always leave a tip—it is always met with an equal amount of sarcasm and misery. Female staff member at the counter today was very rude and passive aggressive, treated me as if I was bothering her and not like I’m a paying customer. I was still polite during the entire interaction, and before leaving I said to have a great day, to which she turned over her shoulder and mumbled “mhm”… I wish I could’ve tipped after my experience and not while paying so I could’ve just paid for the food. This was my first time entering this establishment, and I will not be returning.
