Easily one of the driest bagels I've ever had. Very disappointing from a bagel shop
I recently ordered delivery from Spread Bagelry in Bryn Mawr and my order came out a little mixed up. Mistakes happen, but what really stood out was how the manager, Manij, handled the situation. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to make it right—not only fixing the order but also providing a gift card as a thoughtful gesture.
