If I could give it Zero stars I would. Stay away from this sub contractor and Deck builders of Kansas City. They are horrible with customer service. To have an appointment for an estimate and change the date is one thing but to NOT show up at the next appointment is another. Then when I went to send a text since he was a no show, and do the right thing by going to the schedule to change or cancel, I see they had canceled it already without letting me know. We used Spraytech for building a new deck with composite flooring. Armando was terrific to keep us updated during the entire process. He provided many photos and videos to show examples of their work. The foundation and concrete work is solid, along with the rest of the work.. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. We would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.
Manuel, Victor, and Adolfo did a great job fixing my front porch. Some of my frame pieces had rotted, and they got new wood in there and preserved the composite decking, and they raised the front step which had sunken. They also went above and beyond and fixed a piece of the railing that I had forgotten needed fixing!
Great work. Professional care for my unit. Happy to work with SprayTech again!
