Posting this review because others need to know. Last December our furnace went out. Family heating and cooling was the second place I called and back in December the tech they sent out was fabulous.(Gram) We didn’t have the money right away to take care of what needed to be done about $5000+ needed to be spent. The first tech knew everything that needed to be taken care of and told us to call when we were ready. I called last month and was ready to get things done and taken care of before winter hit again.
