We had our walls and ceilings painted a few months ago from this company. I was disheartened because some tape was coming apart that they had fixed on my ceiling. However, they immediately dispatched someone. Fernando Alas immediately came to fix it. He was a one man show, was courteous, professional, timely and very CLEAN! Thank you for sending him out! The customer service of this company and Fernando was everything to me!!
We had a fairly large painting project that included our entry, formal and main living rooms, dining room, kitchen, hallways, stairway and one bathroom, also popcorn ceiling removal and some repair work. We are very happy with the work done! The team was responsive to any concern we had and was very professional. Justin was very attentive to our concerns. He empathized with our situation and made us feel good about completing the job. The crew did an awesome job.
SprayTex did a very good job on my interior paint project. The crew was excellent and the price was probably unbeatable. The final result is great. My main issues were with the communication and coordination. I had to speak with multiple people leading up to the job, which led to mixed messages and a few minor details not making it into the final scope.
