Employees were very nice; however I was invoiced for 2” closed cell spray foam. I confirmed it was closer to 1-1.5” in most areas. They discounted $300, and explained the difference is negligible. This is not true for spray foam R-value. I appreciated the discount, but I would’ve preferred the correct system be installed or corrected. They did not properly cover everything during prep, so a lot of our space has residual spray material stuck on which will be incredibly difficult to remove.
