I had work completed by Shaun on May 19. At the beginning, communication was fast and responsive while arranging the job, but after the work was finished, it became almost impossible to get in touch. By July 25, despite several attempts to call and message, I still hadn’t received any replies. I was also promised warranty paperwork and service documentation, but none of it was ever provided.
