I cannot begin to say how thankful I am for Spray Foam Genine and they're amazing service. I had been through so much hell trying to find someone that would give me the best quality service at a reasonable price and did they deliver. I had a great experience with Spray Foam Genie of San Antonio. Steve was a pleasure to work with and the entire installation crew did a great job removing my old insulation and applying the new to the underside of the roof deck. I felt like the pricing was reasonable and the final outcome was exactly what I expected. Before I had rooms that varied in temperature as much as 5 to 7 degrees due to previous fiberglass bats being old and missing. Pricing was good, Steve was relaxed, no pressure with estimates, billing, etc. The installers (Joe and Kevin) were awesome. They were fun to talk to as we talked through a few things, they protected everything they needed to with plastic. They had to work in some tight spaces a few time, but they did the job quick, great coverage, and were nice to work with and explained things.. HUUUGE difference over regular insulation. Install was done well,

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY: I made an appointment a month ago to get an estimate for crawlspace insulation. They said they would provide a ballpark estimate in advance and verify when they came out. I did not receive any estimate, and they no-showed the appointment. I called to inquire if they were still coming and was told they switched to a new database appointment system but that someone would call me. No one called me. This review is for the Spray Foam Genie franchise located in San Antonio. It’s not a reflection of the other franchises in other states. My experience with Spray Foam Genie was less than stellar. It was a combination of my interactions with Steve Edwards (estimator) and Nathan Harmon (salesman/manager?). I’m not sure what Nathan’s role is but if I had dealt with Steve alone it would have been a done deal. First interaction with Nathan was positive. It led to my first meeting with Steve.
