His place is aweful. Old people have terrible time coming in to his office--all stairs and doors. No handicap assessment. What a jerk!
I have been going to doctor Spratt for over 30 years he is a wonderful doctor! He is leaves no stone unturned till he finds the correct diagnoses! He saved my life when he detected a heart problem with his stethoscope and sent me to have it repaired.The greatest thing about Dr Spratt is that he cares very much about his patients very rare in this day and age.There is no doctor better as far as I am concerned!

We are blessed to have a doctor like Dr. Spratt in an age where many family doctors want to work 8 - 4:00 and will not do hospital rounds. Dr. Spratt is available to his patients, accommodates urgent appointments, still makes hospital rounds and often calls his patients in the evening with test results. He cares for my entire family and we appreciate his knowledge, work ethic and dedication.
