Arrogant! Disrespectful! After years of business, they mowed my flower bed causing a rock to break a section of siding out and refusing to replace saying they don't have the expertise to do so. The next mowing they mow the same flower bed and when confronted on this, they make the client out to be the one who is wrong and refusing to take responsibility. They told me "look.
