My husband and I are retirees and VALUE the work and TRUSTWORTHINESS of Sprague's. Chris and Joey are PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIVE. They RESPECT our PROPERTY....leaving it clean after each completed task. As seniors, it is PARAMOUNT we TRUST our contractors for various services and are ASSURED they will complete assignments with their business reputation in mind. Sprague's does that. We are REPEAT clients because we are PLEASED.
Texted to get initial quote. He responded and did an initial quote. He stated he does weekly services, I asked if he offered every other week services. He promptly shut me down and said he's not the right company for us. I was shocked. Extremely rude. I don't know this company or terms and didn't think asking questions was a bad thing. Hard pass on this customer service. Too many options around to put up with this level of service. They came yesterday to do my lawn for the 1st time , as I moved into this house in November. They did an excellent job, mowed, trimmed, & pulled weeds out of my small flower bed in the front yard. I am very pleased with the job they did.
