Sprague's Auto Service is a family owned business and has been in the Mattydale community for decades. The owner, Tom Sprague is an honest and great guy who will always get the job done. Him and his team consistently go above and beyond and have a reputation as one of the best auto repair shops in Syracuse. Highly recommend!

Bad luck here! I have been here several times to have my auto problems fixed. Most of the time, they said they fixed the problem, but when I picked it up, it was doing the same thing. So, they charged me anyway and then did another repair, for which I was also charged! Once, they tried 3 attempts before it was fixed. I don't know if it's incompetence or a scam.
