Terrible. Just a note, if they try to charge you for a consultation, they have no intention of taking your case. They'll charge you 300-400 dollars per to spend 30 minutes telling you why they already had decided not to take your case. They could just say "we have no interest in your case" instead of acting like they might take it if you pay an amount that will hurt most people's wallets during a time when they are already feeling taken advantage of. I may have not been the biggest client at this firm, but Sara, Terri, Tucker, and Chas genuinely cared, and I felt like they had my back. But best of all, they helped achieve the desired outcome. I could not imagine a better experience.
