Had some items on our brand new trailer and Mark and his service department fixed within 30 minutes didn’t even need to unhitch my trailer. Awesome service very happy
Sprad's RV sales and service is excellent. The few items on our new travel trailer that needed adjustment were done correctly and to our satisfaction. I asked to have some things checked that normally would have been a legitimate charge, but thanks to Terry, and Dave, the charge was waved. This is a good example of customer service and will have my recommendation to anyone interested in buying an RV. Terry, Jeff, Dave, Alana and Ryan all worked together to make us a very happy customer.
I want to give a 5 star shout out to Alana Villanueva at Sprads! When I couldn't find any other place in town to work with me on my 2001 Chinook, Alana didn't hesitate! I was flabbergasted by then actually! Parts were either not available or hard to find, some of the work was custom so it was an all around pain in the rear. Sprads is amazing. REALLY urge you to stop there 1st.financed us with not "the best" credit...workd 2 hrs after closing and sat and sun.went in on a fri...financed, walk thru and on the road nxt thurs.they booked solid over the 4th...squeezed us in so we could enjoy the fourth.absolutey EVERYONE we dealt with was unbelievable. Best customer service.
