You will not find people better at what they do. Very knowledgeable, on time, clean, pleasant to be around, clean up the work area at the end of the day and completed the job three days sooner than expected.

SpradCon Builders remodeled our 1960’s vintage bathroom on time and within budget. Their team is professional and deliver beautiful craftsmanship with keen attention to detail. Several months ago I hired Spradcon to perform foundation, structural, and concrete upgrades to a building that I own in the Sacramento Delta region. I appreciate that Brian listened to my concerns, and allowed me to participate in the planning process, so that the historic nature of the building is maintained and preserved. Last, and perhaps most important, Spradcon's employees were fast and efficient, and performed their work with great care and skill.
