Several months ago I hired Spradcon to perform foundation, structural, and concrete upgrades to a building that I own in the Sacramento Delta region. I appreciate that Brian listened to my concerns, and allowed me to participate in the planning process, so that the historic nature of the building is maintained and preserved. Last, and perhaps most important, Spradcon's employees were fast and efficient, and performed their work with great care and skill.
