Always kind and very knowledgeable
I enjoyed working with Mr. Spradley and Kate! He was an amazing boss and a great mentor!
Came in for a interview that he and his secretary had listed on Craigslist. Right away I got a strange feeling because once he open that door and notice that it was an African American his facial expressions told me that he wasn't interested in me due to the color of my skin. He went on to try to discourage me by telling me constantly about the amount of work that is done in the office. Just to note I know the excessive amount of work every law firm has to go through.
