Would not suggest – In 2007, my husband and I purchased a home from Spradley Realty. We did all of the cleanup..home was nasty. We paid more for the home than we should have considering the costly repairs we have had to make since then. We had to have a dishwasher repalced, hot water heater, electrical work done, replace carpet, paint, and now we find out that we have to have the whole home re-plumbed.
