The service staff always tries their best to help me when i need it. The are friendly and don't recommend things that i don't need. I trust them with my cars
Waited here for 4 hours for a simple oil change and to have my tires fixed but instead I was giving the runaround like they were actually working on my car when the reality was there was only one person back there and he wasn't working on my car he got frustrated and didn't finish it so I have one tire fixed and the other three aren't and it wasn't even the tire that I requested be fixed so I'm still in the same predicament of trying to get my tire done because it keeps going flat they had explained over the phone when I mad... read more
Erik Higdon the service manager took in our car after it had been stolen... we always had to call him for updates, he either wasn't there, or he would try getting us to spend more money above what the insurance was covering. He kept telling my wife of extra repairs that we knew the vehicle needs, but then wasnt taking care of the repairs we did bring the car in for. He sat on it FOR A MONTH before I lost my patience with his inability to move the repairs forward, but you bet he still had his hand out for us to pay more money... read more
AVOID! I paid them for 4 new tires for my Kia EV. I did not notice until I got home that they had only given me 3 new tires. I had marked my old tires so I KNOW they did not replace one of them. I will never go to them again for service.
