While the folks at Kia are very kind people to talk too, it was challenging to get to talk to them. I was frustrated with Progressive being in no hurry while I was renting a car, but was happy with Kia‘s keeping me informed, they didn't call me, I had to be proactive and call them. If you are planning on having your car worked on, and then receive a request to report on how your experience was, you should also expect certain employees to text you on your personal phone and tell you why you are wrong for giving the rating you did. That is just what happened to me. I had an awful experience at Kia's service department and gave my rating.
