Very professional and not pushy
Had a very odd interaction with a sales person named Brittney she was trying to sell me a tow away car... Which i obviosuly didnt want. Then she got really rude with me because I found a better car from a private dealer. I was not expecting to be spoken to like that by a sales person over texts about a car. I wasnt even trying to go through a big dealership but a car I inquired about through carfax was in their dealship it turns out. Seems like a very toxic place to buy a car I would avoid at all costs. We were traveling through Pueblo on our way to Crested Butte on Tuesday 7/29. On Monday 7/28, our engine light came on and we lost the auto speed limit indicator. Knowing we would be in Pueblo at 2PM Tuesday, we called Spradley twice to make an appointment. No return call. We then called Hyundai US customer service. They told us to stop at the nearest dealer to have the car diagnosed. We began to experience more electrical issues as we progressed through Oklahoma and Kansas. We bought our 2025 Tucson from here and thought we would get better service, took it in for first service, 11am appointment, it was 3 pm when we got it back, they didn’t even charge the dirty air filter, or the dirty cabin air filter, they just marked it as didn’t need to be replaced, (see pictures) i had to replace them myself, this new car also has a problem with the 12 volt plug , it just quit working, I’m not sure I’m going to let them fix it… can’t be trusted to change air filters,
