The service department has went downhill since losing Charles, I’ve never been to a place where they are so rude unhelpful and they leave all the cars unattended and unlocked with the keys sitting in it it freaking ridiculous, I would like to know that if I leave my car that it not going to be stolen and taken for a joy ride the new service manager is horrible!!! No I don’t recommend getting your vehicle serviced here!!!

Called and tried to make a service appointment for 5 business days with no call back, before going down there in person to make an appointment for the following week. They looked at my car and told me they needed a part from Denver but would definitely have it done the next day, and they were super understanding that we were on a time crunch and going out of town for a month.
