Well Spradley is at it again. Took my truck in two weeks ago to get the transmission, power steering, transfer case, and diffs flushed. I also got an oil change and the fuel filters replaced. Well two days ago was the second time I took it out since the service. I noticed fluid on my frame. So I crawled under my truck and the oil filter was leaking, the front did was leaking, and there was a leak just under my transmission. The rudest and the most incompetent people you will deal with. Called to get my vehicle in. They refused to setup an appointment. They stated that it would take 2-3 hours, but wasn't sure. Drop it off and someone would call me. REALLY?! Then I asked why it would take so long? Couldn't give me an answer and acted like he couldn't care less. He even suggested I take it to Fort Collins! Wow, so much for trying to keep business in Cheyenne!
I recently had a problem at Spradley that I took to the BBB to get some actions to be heard. When Spradley received my complaint they immediately reached out to get the issues and problems with my vehicle fully solved to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure I was compensated the issues caused and completely fixed and repaired all the issues that I had with my vehicle.
