My 18 year old daughter was taken advantage of by Ken Garff Ford (KGF) Collision Center. She was involved in a minor accident and went by to get an estimate. She was asked to sign a document for the estimate. it was a poor experience. no one called me for an update on my vehicle, I was informed that I would get an update on my vehicle. I called on the first day. They explained to me they just processed my vehicle when I was told from the beginning that it might be done Monday. Phone call on Tuesday. I was explained that my vehicle should be ready by Thursday. I called on Thursday. I was told my vehicle would be ready on Friday. Called on Friday and was told yes it’s ready. Finished almost 3 weeks later than originally estimated. Communication from the shop was horrible. Car looks great though.
