Excellent service The final price was exactly the same as the quote No added charges and the service was quick The plumber was lovely respectful and tidy Very happy xx
Middle of winter 2024, central gas heating went off. Called SPR and after 8 separate call outs, it was still not fixed. I would never use them again. Have just had my money returned. Did ask to speak to the boss 6 times and was fobbed off each time.
100% reckomend a++++++ work Made a call at 930am and my hot water tank was replaced by 1pm good price good quick service I will recommend to every one a++++++
It was freezing cold and my a/con wouldn't work. I rang SPR, explained my predicament and, after a few phone calls Jesse arrived and fixed it. Summary: fast, pleasant excellent service.
We’ve used SPR a few times now, it’s impossible sometimes to get thru to actually speak to someone. Then the receptionist forgets when she has booked you in rings again to make an appointment when you already have one for them to then not turn up, then when you ring to ask where they’re she explains oh no it’s this date this hasn’t once but 3 times in fact.
