horribly rude and unhelpful. I am utterly disgusted at how window personel treat people coming in for help with hostility in the guise of being short staffed. Everyone can have a bad day but that does not give staff an excuse to exhibit no compassion. I wish I had gathered the staffs name because I am completely disappointed.
They are inconsistent and don't return calls
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m a US Army Veteran in an empty building looking to just change my name. And with the online services not allowing me to make an appointment nor did the phone number. The two ladies at the front desk were very hostile, aggressive and untrained. I was told when showing her the error message “ I don’t know what that is but you need to figure it out because you won’t be seen without an appointment.” No manners, no respect, Nothing. A week ago I received a letter about social security wanting to show them my income and the letter had about 3 places I've worked in the past but then it had two other business I've never I've heard of before and I have never worked there and I had decided to call the main social security line and the social security lady said I was suspended because they haven't heard from me in 3 years and they didn't have my current address where I am living but yet I receive mail all the time from social security with my address and ever... read more
