This place is an absolute disorganized joke. I rented a unit from them online, called to be sure everything was good for me to move in; loaded my truck and trailer, drove two hours and arrived to to find the unit I paid for was rented and occupied already. I called the emergency number, left a message and responded to the text, I didn’t receive a response until the next day. I dealt with Nick over the phone. He went above and beyond to help our family find our deceased Dad's storage unit. This has been a difficult time for us and dealing with people who have morals, values and a touch of sympathy made this process easier. Thank you for helping us.

We have been using SP Storage for roughly 6 or 7 years now and have been so thankful for it! Location can be a little tricky getting into but it's secure and the employees/owners have always been very helpful and kind.
