The store owner is generally unresponsive and behind on orders due to personal matters and refuses to delegate or let customers know about wait times. I only picked this business to order from (instead of the manufacturer directly) because it was close to my city and shipping times would’ve meant next day delivery. Joke’s on me! It took almost a week and a half before the order was even SHIPPED! When I called I got generic blanket statements about luck and life (seriously?)…. I took my daughter here to get some new clothes. The owner was angry that I was using a credit card to pay. She went off in a tangent about small business. She wasn't happy she had to pay a small fee. If you do not want customers to pay with a card than don't offer it. It's 2023 lady. So now instead of worrying about if we will pay with a card we won't be coming in to buy anything at all. Good thing there is another place in town that treats their customers with respect.
