Gentleman hosing off the bays at Basehor location gave me assistance at point of need. Followed his directions and got good wash. Took my credit card # to join Monthly car club wash and was told I'd recieve email with all information. I have not heard from anyone and can't find anyone to speak with. Question, what the hell did I spend $36 for? Rather strange company ! Good wash job, no interest in custoner service.

Gets the job done. Doesn’t use enough soap but its decent price for a wash. Knocks the dirt off but wouldn’t come here for a detailed wash.

If you want to get your car wet, come here. If you want to get it clean, go anywhere else. This is the worst run car wash in the area. Auto and self wash bays are normally out of soap, or wax, or foaming brush, etc. I spent $15 on self wash using wand, foaming brush, and finally hand wash...car didn't come clean. Also had to spend about 5 minutes cleaning the bay so I wasn't splashing mud/dirt/debris onto my car. MAINTAIN YOUR BUSINESS!
