My lower back and right hip were hurting due to spinal compression. I visited SpotOn Massage and Wellness and saw Christina. She was professional, attentive, and knew exactly what parts of my back, hip, and leg to apply massage therapy on. She is extraordinary! She made me feel comfortable, walked me through each thing she was going to do, and when I left my lower back and right hip have improved exponentially. I look forward to my scheduled appointments in late October and early November.
