We visited Spotlit Collision after our car was involved in an accident, and we had a great experience. The shop was clean, well-organized, and professional. one of the nice ladies is Sofia, who is extremely kind, patient, and supportive. As new immigrants to Canada, we were unfamiliar with many rules and procedures, but she explained everything clearly and helped us every step of the way. I scraped the side of my car and brought it to Spotlite. Mike and Tanya took great care of me. I recommend Spotlite as a good place for repairs.
I would give 6 stars if I could! Very fair and honest with estimates. I had a scrape on my car and instead of repainting etc, (which I thought it needed) they simply buffed it for a few minutes on the spot!!! Took under 15 minutes at the shop. I have also had previous repair from an accident and it was done on time and the price was quoted correctly ahead of time. Super friendly and honest shop. HIGHLY recommend Spotlite Collision!!!!!
I am truly grateful for the outstanding service I received at Spotlite Collision. After a delivery truck backed into my Volkswagen ID4 and damaged the front fender, the Spotlite team restored my car to its original condition—it looks brand new again.
