Spotlight collision has repaired a few of our vehicles over the years with exceptional attention to detail, customer satisfaction and professional care. From the moment you step in the door there’s a feeling of a family dynamic with an office energy seldom encountered. They take note of your concerns going over the car together and detailing the work order. There are never disappointments on collection either. We have always been impressed by the quality of their work and the finished product.
Unfortunately I have been here twice due to accidents that weren't my fault but these are the guys that I would always bring my car to when it comes to that situation. They have done great jobs of making my car look great after each accident. Love the service and the people are great.
Took my 2022 VW Jetta GLI in cause somebody merged into me. So professional and So easy to deal with. The service was hassle free and they seemed like they cared about what they do. Made getting a rental car super easy. They felt more like friends when you spoke with them more than just people working for a company. I highly recommend going to these people specially if you own a VW they are VW certified and know their stuff. This is by far the best auto body shop in the lower mainland professional service, professional attitude and great work all around the entire team is fantastic
I’m giving this shop five stars! I had to deal with my car getting hit while I was working out of town, and their communication was fantastic. They kept me in the loop the whole time and made the entire process as smooth as possible. They even timed the repair completion perfectly so my car was ready when I returned back from my rotation. The car looks flawless, like the damaged never happened. I really appreciated their effort, and I’d highly recommend them!
