I would not call this an 'on demand' cleaning service. I tried to book an air bnb cleaning 10 days in advance and they were unable to provide the service. If a company uses an app and states they have 'on demand' cleaning they should likely train and expand their staff to be able to meet market need. Would not recommend unless you are willing to book a month in advance.

Over rated and over priced. Their fees are about $40 an hour now. They are also understaffed with many cleaners unable to speak English. They were decent when I used them for my Airbnb but they seem disinterested in cleaning a principal residence one or twice a month. They know they can make more money from an Airbnb. I found a good cleaner on the North Shore for $25 an hour without the attitude that this owner has. The App is ok but not as great as the owner thinks it is.

I phoned up the company today to book a cleaning and was told by the owner, Trevor that ALL business is conducted through their ap, No exceptions. This was disappointing because I don't use aps and I like to conduct business over the phone with a REAL person.
