I wanted to shout out Callum on the fabric counter who was so incredibly helpful with my partner and I and our annoyingly obscure embroidery project that we probably should have done more research on before hand. Callum made things so easy for us, and was kind enough to take us around the store and show us his recommendations for threads, needles and fabric. There was also someone else at the fabric counter who had really cool blue green hair who was also lovely. Thanks for a really good customer service experience! :)
Absolutely the most disorganised and frustrating company I have ever dealt with. I paid a 50% deposit, which is standard practice. However, before the job was completed, I was required to pay the remaining balance in full. Despite having paid for the entire job, the work was never completed. One blind was measured and installed incorrectly, resulting in damage and the need for replacement.
