As a first time shopper, they seemingly do the bare minimum for item organisation & finding the price of a product is difficult. Staff presence & assistance was laughable and my check-out was grueling as the staff (aware of me) continued their personal conversation only attending me once completed. I was sold the wrong size furniture staples by team member went to Orange store today to swap over to the correct size and was told no swap I did not have receipt but was on my spotlight card. Disappointed that the swap could not be done for such a small product. Terrible service and rude employees never going back, refuse warranty or refunds.
I just love getting cut off by them at around 8:15am… we are all just trying to drop our kids off at school and also make it to work… please tell me what your rush is???? Just couldn’t get out of bed early enough and now it’s every body else’s problem ?
