Please organise your pattern section. I had to rifle through filling cabinets which nearly break your back to open, as a draw has to really be shut to get to the next draw. I could only find 1 baby pattern but I’m sure there is more , but I couldn’t find any as there was no labels for age ranges.
Whilst this shop has an amazing array of crafts and fabric, it is so very understaffed that making a purchase is difficult and frustrating. Yesterday afternoon there was ONE very helpful polite gentleman staffing the front desk. There was a lengthy queue of people waiting to purchase goods. Every second person had a click and collect, which necessitated this gentleman leaving the counter, walking quite a distance to where click and collect items were stored and returning with the item, to check id etc. It appears the system ... read more
