Our experiences with this company have been inexcusable. We came into contact with them when they bought out a local company we had done business with. We hired them to develop a web presence for a new office for our firm in a new market. We entered into a six month lease, set up the office, and set up telephone service all so they would have the address and phone numbers to set up the site. I'm taking the time to write this because of a specific employee. Not that the whole company hasn't been wonderful. However, Ginny Shadowens is one of the best salespeople you could ask for when looking for anything. She is sincere, responsive and knowledgeable and makes sure you feel like her only client even when you know you aren't. I've had nothing but good experiences with Spotlight through Ginny and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to market online.
