I love the regular specials, VIP discounts can be a huge savings. Recently I ordered online, underlays to revamp our old Mattresses, and new matress projector's. If not available for click and collect in your local store, they will source elsewhere and post to you direct.
Customer service
Went in to buy my daughter birthday balloons, the girl working in the balloon department named Maddie was the most unhelpful customer service I think I've ever experienced anywhere, I had to ask her if she even worked for the store, then she questioned if I could afford to blow up five balloons! After letting her know what I was looking for she continued to try and stack the shelf while dropping ribbon on the floor did not make eye contact to me once had her back turn to me as much as she could. Extremely disappointing.
