Rude staff. Hope they will get some customers service training. You can’t find staff on ground; they hide in corners and get rude when you ring bell to get service.SPOTLIGHT needs to teach them how to serve customers.
Staff wasn’t on desk in cutting section; instructions wasn’t clear; staff on exit said there would be bell on desk just ring it; got baby with us so he rang bell few times one staff came at cutting section; she was really rude and she saw baby with us and said if it would be baby then staff think baby would be playing but we have baby and we need fabric we rang bell and she made scene out of it. I can’t hold a big fabric stack and go around to find counter where to pay and got cutting done so someone must be there.
