Very disappointing experience at Spotlight Hoppers Crossing because of a staff member named Shaun. I understand the store closes at 5pm, and we were already at the counter paying before closing time. I had my baby’s pram with me and there were no shopping trolleys available, even though I was buying 8 cushions , sewing machine and other items.
