This team is spectacular.. communication from day 1 has been solid, you get to speak with very knowledgeable staff on day 1 who get you scheduled and they are fully prepared to handle the job upon arrival. I was also impressed with their integrity by not upselling anything, and in fact saved us a lot by a careful evaluation of our existing system/panel.

Great customer service from end to end. All staff were friendly. On installation day Matt walked us through what he was going to do, did it, then presented it at completion. We’re really happy with the install. Highly recommend, will be making your our go to for electrical work!

I used Spotlight to install my electric car charger back in 2023. After three years, my charger stopped connecting. When I contacted them, even though they had no warranty or obligation to support me after three years of service, they still responded professionally and clearly explained all my options. I was able to reconnect my charger, and they also contacted PSEG on my behalf to clarify rebate options if I decide to change my charger. Awesome experience from start to finish with Spotlight. I spoke with Lo-Ann over the course of two days to discuss my needs and schedule an appointment—she was very responsive and quick to provide both a quote and availability. Shane was my electrician, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He worked efficiently and even took a few minutes after completing the job to explain options for a future kitchen renovation project, specific to how Spotlight could help with installing puck lighting in that ... read more

I had an issue with 4 outlets not working, I emailed Spotlight energy last night and they were out, first thing this morning. Dom took his time figuring out what was causing the issue. Once he got it figured out we were back up and running. Every person I dealt with at spotlight have been excellent. And the price is very reasonable . Thank you again for the help. I most certainly will be using this company again in the future
