Great customer service from end to end. All staff were friendly. On installation day Matt walked us through what he was going to do, did it, then presented it at completion. We’re really happy with the install. Highly recommend, will be making your our go to for electrical work!
I had Spotlight Solutions do an electric service upgrade and Level 2 EV home charger installation. My experience started with Lo-Ann who helped me set up the project and included the very efficient and professional technicians Matt and Matt who worked continuously throughout the day to complete the project in a very timely manner. Best experience from Loanne (hope that’s spelled correctly) to the installer. He worked very best and clean. He also helped install the app and went over the charging system. Feel comfortable & ease with this awesome company. We don’t have a garage so I posted some pics
Spotlight’s technician arrived on time, got right to work, and quickly diagnosed the problem inside my electrical panel. He even showed me photos of the damage inside the panel. The work he did to replace the old panel and re-wire each circuit was impressively orderly.
Absolutely pleased with their service. From the beginning phone calls to the install, they were professional and knowable. They installed my EV charger. Very clean and organized. Would recommend and will use again in the future.
