The worst customer service you’ll ever receive in your life here. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had things go wrong and they do absolutely nothing to help you. Never shop here.

One star is far too much to giving to the customer service I have had during the 30% recent advertising. Flynn sent me to Burckenheads Point initially when i enquired for what I needed. In couple of days thinking the special is still on he was again there to serve me with full price and the worst customer service experience I ever had, rude and not helpful. Of course I had to leave empty handed and willing not ever to return. So disappointed as it's in my neighbourhood

Sales every other day but I always go on full price. Everything is here staff are WEIRD because they are always helpful and very polite. Especially Alexandria store everyone is helpful its fun to go there.

Love this Spotlight, always so tidy and organised. Ivy is so helpful and provides excellent customer service. Not only does she know the store super well she took the time to stop what she was doing to take me to the products I was enquiring about. She also made recommendations on what would be better to use for the outcome I was trying to achieve. So refreshing to receive this level of service. Thank you Ivy.
