Great service from Ben today. He really did go above and beyond to deliver the very specific solution I needed.
Came in needing assistance for a project I’m working on today, the staff were so helpful. Ben helped me find what I was looking for and gave me some great tips, also Sage was able to do a bit of research on the spot and made sure I had everything I needed to get it done. Will definitely come back soon, if u need any advice definitely go to Sage or Ben.

Sophie was incredible and very kind when helping me return an item, even when I no longer had the receipt. Her male manager however, working on the 3rd of May at 11am, displayed signs of hostility and aggression to customers and employees alike. I was very uncomfortable and noticed a similar response in others. This behaviour needs to be monitored.
